  • Growing Capacity through Strategic Partnerships

While most of us know that partnerships are essential to meaningful social impact work, ensuring that those partnerships are strategic, authentic and mutually beneficial can be another thing entirely. The right strategic partnerships have the power to amplify the impact of your work, grow your capacity, and tackle complex problems. This training provides tangible tools to design, manage, and sustain partnerships, coalitions, and networks that make impact instead of just more meetings.

  • Transforming Stakeholder Input into Strategic Impact

In this workshop, we'll co-create a deeper understanding of what matters most to the communities you serve. Together, we'll explore powerful approaches to listening and learning from stakeholders, and develop practical strategies for integrating their insights into your work. By centering the voices and experiences of those you serve, you'll be empowered to make informed decisions that drive meaningful impact and foster stronger, more resilient relationships.

  • Measuring What Matters

Discover how to create authentic and realistic measures of success in this 'Measuring What Matters' training. You'll learn to develop practical evaluation strategies that prioritize community voice and holistic measurement approaches. By the end of the training, you'll have a clear plan for tracking success, tangible tools for collecting and analyzing stories of change, and a completed evaluation map worksheet tailored to your project's needs. You'll leave with the skills to measure what truly matters and drive meaningful impact.

  • Strategic Planning 101

This foundational session covers the fundamentals of building a living breathing strategic plan that is bold but realistic, clear, collectively owned, and adaptive. Participants will learn how to gather the right information to assess their organization or program's current position, engage stakeholders, define measurable goals, and set actionable strategies for sustainable growth and impact.
