Can We Talk? Realigning and Repairing Partnerships
We've all been there — coalition meetings you attend out of obligation, partnerships where you talk more about them than to them, the messy history everyone avoids naming.
Despite good intentions, at best, we find ourselves stuck in partnerships out of habit rather than shared purpose and at worst, we burn bridges. Either way, our work, and ultimately our communities, pay the price.
This workshop covers four common partnership breakdowns and how to move through them and reclaim partnership potential through intentional dialogue and tangible action items. You’ll learn how to diagnose your partnership woes, identify if you need to repair, re-align or release, and learn techniques to move through the messy but necessary heart of collaboration.
Date/Time: Thursday, March 26 from 2:30 - 4:30 PM EST
